Access to pricing, formulations, and export documentation is restricted to verified business partners. We reserve the right to decline service to any party that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

Orders & Agreements

All purchase orders are subject to written confirmation by The Glamhosi. Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and product specifications are confirmed individually per agreement. No order is binding until a formal proforma invoice or contract is issued and accepted by both parties. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs, logistics, or regulatory changes, with prior written notice.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, formulations, brand assets, product names, packaging designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of The Glamhosi or its parent company, Hacks & Slacks Healthcare. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent. Partners granted branding assets for legitimate distribution purposes must adhere to our Brand Usage Guidelines.

Product Compliance

Partners and distributors are solely responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with the cosmetic regulations, labelling requirements, and safety standards of their respective countries. The Glamhosi provides WHO-GMP certified manufacturing and relevant documentation; however, market-specific registration and approvals remain the responsibility of the importing party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Glamhosi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our product specifications and quality documentation.

Governing Law
